Return requests must be submitted and confirmed within 30 days of purchase. If something is wrong with an order, contact us right away.

Submitting a return request does not automatically approve the return. Requests submitted near the deadline may be denied if they cannot be reviewed and confirmed in time.
In some cases we will not be able to cover return freight. If buyer-paid freight applies, we will advise during return request processing.
Restocking fees may apply based on the product, condition, packaging, supplier rules, and reason for return.
We are happy to process returns where eligible. For damaged, incorrect, or urgent order issues, contact us immediately instead of waiting until the end of the return window.
